30-Day Returns

gocontigo accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Include the order number or other proof of purchase.

For eligible returns, we cover return shipping and provide return instructions or a prepaid label. Contact us before sending an item.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with the order information and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and approve a return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation before shipment. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once fulfillment has started.
